Project Takeoff, Inc. believes access is a network problem before it is a money problem — and funders, employers, schools, faith communities, and nonprofits each hold a piece of what participants need. There are four concrete ways to open a door with us:

• Sponsor a cohort — underwrite an entire program cohort — travel, curriculum, mentors, and materials — with named recognition throughout the experience.
• Fund scholarship seats — designate gifts directly to youth travel scholarships or leadership retreats for participants who could not otherwise attend.
• Open your hiring pipeline — interview Takeoff Careers participants, host site visits, or send professionals to mentor inside our cohorts.
• Back a small business — fund Takeoff Business Lab grants, or provide technical expertise, buyer access, and advisory hours to participant-owned businesses.

Not at all. Most of what happens in Girls Trip Society — the Hub, live virtual events, community chat, and resources — is 100% online. Travel and in-person retreats are optional, whenever you're ready for them.

First Class  members receive monthly resource drops — new templates, workbooks, and tools every month without fail. Live virtual events happen multiple times a month, and physical events and retreats are scheduled seasonally. There's always something fresh inside the community.
