Getting Started
You'll get a welcome email with your next steps. Click "Create Account" (or head straight to socials.girlstripsocietyapp.com/login), complete your profile (photo + a few quick details), and you'll land right on the Girls Trip Society Hub homepage. If you joined Business Class or First Class, a second email follows with access to your private tier channels.
Girls Trip Society lives inside our free app, available on iOS and Android. Your welcome email includes direct links to the App Store and Google Play — tap, download, and log in with the account you just created.
Check spam or promotions first. Still nothing? Message our support team (see Support below) and we'll resend it right away.
Navigating the App
Think of it like Facebook: someone posts in the Hub, and the conversation happens in the comments below it — no separate DMs required unless you want them. There are five spaces inside the app:
- Girls Trip Society Hub — your private daily feed for wins, prompts, and real talk. Zero toxicity, all energy.
- Girls Trip Live Virtual Events — mini-masterclasses, live Q&As, and founder spotlights streamed straight into the app.
- Girls Trip Community Chat — real-time conversations with members across the globe, anytime.
- Girls Trip Travel Itinerary — browse upcoming retreats, city pop-ups, and international trips with full details and early booking access.
- Girls Trip Exclusive Resources — your on-demand vault of templates, workbooks, brand guides, and financial frameworks, refreshed monthly.
Head to the Member Directory (top right of the app) and tap into any profile to start a one-on-one chat.
Tap the comment icon under any post in the Hub — just like Facebook. React, reply, and keep the thread going right there.

Yes. Economy Class starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you're never charged. After the trial, your $9.99/month begins automatically, and you can cancel anytime by contacting our support team; you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Events & Community
Check the Events tab and the Girls Trip Travel Itinerary space inside the app, plus the Events Calendar on our website. Paid (Jetsetter) members get early booking access before anything goes public.
Not at all. Most of what happens in Girls Trip Society — the Hub, live virtual events, community chat, and resources — is 100% online. Travel and in-person retreats are optional, whenever you're ready for them.
Jetsetter members receive monthly resource drops — new templates, workbooks, and tools every month without fail. Live virtual events happen multiple times a month, and physical events and retreats are scheduled seasonally. There's always something fresh inside the community.
